Posted On: September 7, 2007Originally published as part of the July, 2003 Issue Between 1998 and 2001, the average amount of time it took for the Chicago Commission on Human Relations to fully investigate a claim of housing discrimination more than tripled. Officials have not compiled 2002 numbers, but say it’s likely the average time rose even higher.
