The National Center for Fair and Open Testing (FairTest) is starting an e-mail “listserv” for anyone who is interested in discussing test policy and practices.

To subscribe, send an e-mail to In the body of the e-mail, write “SUB ARN-L yourfirstname yourlastname”. You will receive a confirmation of your subscription as well as instructions on how to post messages.

Cambridge-based FairTest says it pushes for alternatives to existing standardized tests, which it regards as biased.
