CTU files unfair labor practice complaint, seeks mediation

The teachers union is accusing the Board of Education of bargaining in bad faith and wants formal mediation, according to a complaint filed with the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board. The union is also stepping up a public organizing campaign.
