TRAINING ENGINEERS Harlan High in Roseland will launch a new engineering magnet program this coming fall, featuring courses in robotics, manufacturing and mechanics. Applications will be accepted citywide for this year’s freshman class of 60 students; 30 percent of students will be selected from Harlan’s attendance area. Applications are due by Mar. 13.
