High school transformation officials are in the beginning stages of figuring out how to use the program to improve academic achievement for students with disabilities and for those in bilingual classes. Many of the transformation schools have high percentages of students with disabilities, but only one has a significant population of English-language learners. All data are from the 2006-07 school year.

* These schools opened within the past two years and did not have 11th-graders to take the Prairie State last year.

NOTE: Three transformation high schools—Austin Polytech, the Academy of Urban School Leadership II at Collins and the Marine Academy—do not appear on this list because they are new (scheduled to open in September 2007).
